I am responsible for 23 branches spread over 5 counties and have approximately 150 indirect reports. My main responsibilities are to ensure that the Truist sales process is properly implemented and mastered through monitoring and evaluating results; responsible for continuous improvements in sales effectiveness of assigned branches by coaching and counseling, and feedback and reinforcement. I am responsible for developing, communicating, and evaluating specific retail marketing strategies and goals for each of the branches/cities within assigned branches; assisting in managing the efficiency of the region’s retail distribution system through involvement with profit planning, personnel management, facilities management, and product sales and service; and responsible for balance sheet enhancements such as profitability, asset quality, liquidity, and growth. I also am responsible for enhancement of market share of retail and small business loans, deposit, non-credit services, household growth of assigned branches, and ensuring proper integration between retail banking and all other lines of business.
