I have served as a CSM for 3+ years for complex CPG accounts, leading executive Business Reviews in addition to renewal and expansion discussions with executive stakeholders. I manage a portfolio of 20+ enterprise and mid-market customer accounts totaling ~$2M in annual contract value. In this role I also- Act as the voice of the customer internally and a cross-functional liasison, collaborating closely with teams to provide key insights, flag product enhancement opportunities, and represent customer interest- Support onboarding and implementation process improvements, reducing time-to-value through structured rollout plans and stakeholder alignment and increasing efficiency and scalability across the customer lifecycle- Lead product trainings and new feature adoption for customers, improving user enablement and product utilization, while also partnering cross-functionally with Product and Growth teams to run customer pilots, betas, and feedback loops- Selected as the lead CSM responsible for the launch and execution of a new “lite” product offering for small and mid-market customers, piloting with 5 customers and influencing the product roadmap
