Provide operational and strategic support for the Global Site Budgets and Payments FMV budget development tool for all TA’s. • Manage vendor and team cycle times, track progress and ensure accuracy of the budget development tool. • Accountable and responsible for the oversight and support of Country Autonomy and Country Questionnaire updates in collaboration with Director, IT, budget system vendor(s) and other internal and external stakeholders. • Analyze and audit country budgets approved under autonomy process • Precise coordination and project management responsibilities establishing and maintaining good vendor relationships. • Work both independently and as a team, as appropriate, to oversee and manage project activity ensuring financial transactions are in compliance with company policies and regulations. • Maintain current knowledge of all new and changing country specific financial requirements and/or regulations; ensure others are informed and educate as appropriate. • Stay abreast of changes in industry standards and help identify new best practices to contribute to continuous improvement • Support MRL Learning & Development to ensure trainings for the team remains updated and relevant
