InPost is on a mission to become the UK\'s leading out-of-home delivery provider. Without a doubt, out-of-home delivery is set to reshape e-commerce, and we\'re at the forefront of it. As the era of low-cost home deliveries comes to an end, we\'re pushing the boundaries with parcel lockers (and other out-of-home delivery methods) by offering a more convenient and sustainable solution that becomes a seamless part of daily life. As a Client Implementation Specialist, I am responsible for the smooth and successful onboarding of new clients and partners onto our InPost platform. Key Responsibilities within the role: • Serving as the primary point of contact for the UK Commercial Team in regard to Client and Partner Integrations. • Managing successful client/retailer onboarding from the point of introduction through the solution-design phase and execution, testing, launch, and warranty period. • Make recommendations for improving the user experience across products, working collaboratively with internal teams, and gathering feedback from retail clients. • Increasing InPost\'s share of the checkout through consistent service implementation and innovative thinking. • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with our third-party platform providers, such as MetaPack, ReBOUND, and ZigZag. • Building strong working relationships with other departments within the company, such as Marketing, Product, and Logistics. • Providing a strong client handover to the Customer Success team, ensuring the client is set up for success and on track to meet expected volumes. • Championing a smooth onboarding experience for our clients and supporting continuous development by identifying areas for improvement. • Overseeing individual pipelines and playing a key role in the development of internal team dashboards and reporting. • Recommend enhancements to the user experience across products, collaborating with internal teams and gathering feedback from retail customers.
