I am an efficient, innovative and creative Human Resources professional with true generalist experience in areas such as performance management, benefits and operations/systems. While I have been fortunate to experience many facets of HR, I am very passionate in bringing the human element to efficient process and systems while coaching leaders to encourage and manage their teams effectively. I am intuitive to the needs of the employee, team and company simultaneously and motivated by a fierce connection to a company’s mission.
