   As a member of CH & \'s Commercial Litigation Group, Rochelle represents businesses and professionals in design, construction, real estates and other industries to resolve a range of conflicts from single-party disputes to complex multi-party litigation. Rochelle’s work encompasses all phases of litigation, including complex contractual analysis, engaging in discovery, taking and defending depositions and trial preparation. Her background in finance and accounting allows Rochelle to recognize operational challenges and provide digestible advice from a business perspective, empowering her clients to make informed decisions. Rochelle’s practice also includes employment advice and counsel. She counsels employers on good policies and HR practices to help clients mitigate risk and prevent problems in the workplace. Rochelle keeps them abreast of the changing legal landscape around wage and hour disputes, discrimination, non-competition issues and more. Admitted to practice in the state courts of Washington and Alaska, and in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington and the Ninth Circuit.
