Graham is a private credit specialist with > 20 years credit experience, and assists asset managers with the establishment and management of private credit funds, asset backed finance and securitisation structures. He has assisted with the structuring, establishment and portfolio management of numerous credit funds domiciled in Ireland, Luxembourg and Italy. These funds have underlying credit exposures in the USA, UK and EU, and focus on SME, Mid-Market, Real Estate, Corporate Turnaround,(Loan-to-own) Shipping and Consumer loan segments. Graham has also assisted several leading UK platform lenders establish fund and SPV structures.Graham is a regular panelist on private credit and asset based finance conferences and has spoken extensively on AIFMD II. He is also an experienced non-executive director, and his current/past directorships include Irish regulated funds that invest in private credit, real estate and renewable energy infrastructure.Graham previously worked at Director level in RBS Group where he gained extensive experience of managing cash-flow and asset backed credit exposures through the full credit cycle, including origination, portfolio management, underwriting, restructuring, recoveries and litigation.Graham is an active member of the Irish Funds Private Assets/AIFMD II working group, and has played a central role in the drafting of loan origination fund related submissions to the CBI.
