Analytical thinker who thrives in a team environment. Committed to sustainability and diversity with a background in innovation and user-centered design. I switched to accounting to align my career and interests; I enjoy the stories that statements and spreadsheets tell about organizations and their decision-making. Prior to joining the UBC Diploma in Accounting, I spent my free time making budget templates and bank account aggregators in Excel.Diversity and sustainability are central to what I do. I studied in Norway with 200 peers from 85+ countries and lead events on sustainability, the arts, and leadership. There is so much we can achieve when we work together.
