As a co-founder and current owner of Consult Ink Limited, Roch offers over three decade\'s worth of high-level communications experience, serving a diverse range of public and private sector clients. With a background as an award-winning journalist, Roch has developed and implemented multi-faceted communications plans, led a number of national public relations exercises, and drafted Framework documents and annual reports for various government programs and initiatives. He serves as Consult Ink’s Senior Project Manager, and directs the firm’s English and French language editorial and translation services. In recent years, Consult Ink has developed an especially deep connection with the Health Sector. Roch is recognized by his clients for his sound strategic communications counsel, his clear writing abilities, and his meticulous project management and new media skills. As Senior Project Manager, Roch oversees every aspect of each project Consult Ink undertakes. Roch graduated from University of Ottawa (English Honours), holds a security clearance at the Secret level, is an avid tennis player and enjoys writing in the arts & entertainment field.
