I am the Branch Leader of Revolution Mortgage in Lynchburg, Virginia. I am an accomplished and proven leader through my success as a mortgage banker, football coach, and former D1 quarterback. Most importantly, I take pride in being a husband and father. During my college career, I spent my time at the University of Virginia and the University of Richmond. As the quarterback, I led both programs to significant success, while also excelling in the classroom and in the community. Similarly, my goals in business and life are to focus on strong leadership, rooted relationships, consistent growing knowledge, and community service.I have learned how to analyze problems, uncover opportunities, develop and execute plans, and celebrate measurable success. I have a consensus-building leadership style. I strongly believe that great ideas and solutions are generated when individuals work together to solve problems. This has been my approach when I have faced various challenges throughout my life. I have learned that the key to success is not through complex plans, but rather by successful communication and strong leadership.I am the youngest generation of a family rich in football tradition. My Grandfather and Father emphasized the life skills and leadership opportunities that come from playing on a team in a high pressure environment.
