I am Rocco Gratale, a rising junior at Indiana University currently enrolled in the O’Neil school. I am from Bergen County, New Jersey, I bring forth a determined, prosperous, and diligent approach to my academic and professional pursuits. I am an aspiring manager with a passion for business strategy, media production, and sales. My experiences in sales, content creation, and leadership roles have equipped me with the skills to drive engagement, increase revenue, and manage projects efficiently. At Joes Odd Jobs, I engaged in face-to-face sales, educating homeowners on a platform that connects them with contractors for home improvement projects. This experience allowed me to develop strong communication and problem-solving skills while collecting valuable feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience. As the Audio Visual Director at Energy Chiropractic and Pilates, I filmed and edited high-quality videos that increased social media engagement by 40%. I also developed and implemented a content strategy utilizing visual and audio media, leading to higher client retention and appointment bookings. Additionally, as the Sales Manager for Bergen Catholic Basketball, I designed and sold apparel for the basketball program, coordinated inventory, and managed transactions at games and events.
