I am a qualified Enterprise Architect and Change Management professional in Financial Services (TOGAF, ITIL, APMG, PMI-PMP). I have led and worked on change portfolios across wealth platforms delivering value for Advised, Corporate and Direct customers.Over 23 years I have worked for Financial Service firms leading on new business platforms and products, enhancements to legacy systems as well as transitional architectures and migration programs. I have run ARBs and assessments, created and improved operating models and I am happy working with Boards as well as directing architects and business analysts.Backing up my experience in enterprise architecture, I have extensive knowledge of the UK financial services market and regulatory environment. I have provided over 19 years of voluntary service for The Pension Ombudsman (TPO) handling complex pensions casework for members of the public looking to resolve issues with their pension provision. From this I have an insight into what works well and what doesn\'t in delivering services to customers.
