I am a highly commercial and results-driven change professional with an extensive and successful track record, spearheading continuous improvement in a fast paced, customer-focused environment. I\'ve managed projects, programmes, headed-up project delivery functions and led change management activities for cross-functional business transformation portfolios.Accomplished in shaping strategies to maximise sales, minimise costs and increase profitability, I relish building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
