Prior to r.taylordesign, Robyn was a Senior Associate, and part of the Senior Design Leadership team at Gensler for more than 12 years. Robyn\'s articles have been featured in National and local publications, with several projects under her design leadership receiving the industry\'s prestigious Calibre Award. As a recent past President of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), Southern California, Robyn successfully led one of the largest Chapters in the Organization to receive the distinguished International Chapter of the Year Award. She is a former presenter at NeoCon World Trade Fair in Chicago; and a frequent guest lecturer in Innovation and Design Management at the Merage Graduate School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.

   Elected Chapter Advisor to the Executive Board of Directors, providing strategic guidance to leadership.2024 is Robyn\'s 30th year as part of the IIDA Southern California Executive Leadership. She joined IIDA in 1994 in its inaugural year, as Director of Communications sector, and continued in various leadership, Vice Presidential and Executive roles through 2014, before being elected President.
