I am a Senior Manager focused on Global Process Transformation & Improvement and Delivery Operations at Otis. I partner with global and regional teams to simplify processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen the Global Operating Model driving clarity, consistency, and better outcomes across the organization.My career has been shaped by a passion for global business, sustainability, and technology. Earlier in my journey, I transitioned from event planning, brand marketing, and creative strategy into account management, service sales, and customer service. That pivot opened the door to the work I’m most energized by today: transforming how teams operate, improving the employee experience, and building scalable processes that empower people to do their best work.I’m grateful to contribute to an innovative company that moves over 2 billion people every day. With urbanization accelerating, projected to reach 70% of the world’s population by 2050, I’m driven by the opportunity to help build the systems and processes that support a more connected and sustainable future.Outside of work, I love exploring new cultures, trying new recipes, and traveling to places that expand my perspective.
