I\'m a brand strategist by trade, a challenger by nature, and a reformed rule-follower who got tired of trying to fit in. So I built a path that fit me instead.Now I help others do the same.For the last decade, I’ve led Young & Co, a strategic branding studio helping individuals and teams build magnetic brand worlds that deepen engagement and loyalty. It gave me range. And it taught me that the people who thrive aren’t the ones who play by the rules.
