Hello I’m Robyn, a culture-focused leader with over a decade of experience leading and enabling innovative, high-performing teams. My career has centred on leading teams, Agile transformation, systems thinking, and modern leadership and product practices.I’m experienced in operational leadership, supporting teams with clarity, structure, and psychologically safe environments so they can deliver consistent, people-centred services.Recently I started a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology to strengthen my expertise in human behaviour, inclusion, and neurodiversity. My focus is challenging ableism and building systems where every mind belongs.I believe true leadership is about psychological safety, equity, and belonging. That means creating environments where people are not only included, but enabled to contribute fully and thrive.I enjoy coaching and mentoring others, shaping inclusive practices, and bridging research with real-world impact.Outside of work, you’ll often find me with a book in hand, digging into my garden, or exploring ideas that connect psychology, leadership, and social change. Drop me a DM if you’d like to connect on leadership, inclusion, or building systems that work for every kind of brain.
