I\'m a people-centered leader with a background in engineering and business, focused on building strong cultures, developing leaders, and aligning people strategy with organizational goals. I bring a data-driven mindset to people leadership — using analytics, insights, and systems thinking to inform decisions around engagement, performance and organizational effectiveness. At Boeing, I work across functions to drive innovation through technology strategy, tools, and processes. I also support organization-wide workforce planning, skills management, and leadership development. I graduated from Boeing\'s Leadership NeXt program, which strengthened my perspective on enterprise leadership and culture shaping at scale. I\'m passionate about inclusive leadership, organizational effectiveness and building environments where data, people, and strategy reinforce one another. Always open to connecting with others who care about leadership and culture. Outside of work, I\'m a passionate foodie and explorer of Seattle\'s restaurant scene. I\'m an avid traveler, outdoor enthusiast and die-hard Seattle Reign FC fan.
