Robyn E. Miller, RPA has been in the commercial real estate industry for 32 years managing office, industrial, medical, retail and government properties for REIT’s, 3rd party owners and direct ownership groups. Her responsibilities include the overall day-to-day portfolio operations including tenant relations, management of vendor contracts, accounts receivables and payables, maintenance, tenant expense escalations, insurance compliancy, budgeting and reforecasting, capital construction management and monthly financial reporting. Robyn also has strong commercial leasing experience negotiating and finalizing complex lease agreements as required by owners. Effective communication and attention to detail are key to Robyn’s success. She develops professional relationships with tenants and vendors and is able to identify and address potential issues by performing regular site visits and inspections. Robyn is professional, reliable, detail oriented, personable and self-motivated. She is an effective communicator and knows what is required to exceed operating standards thereby adding value to the property. Robyn’s strong leadership and exceptional organization skills have positioned her in the top of her field and she has been recognized for her outstanding commercial management performance earning several awards. Robyn moved from the Greater Tampa Bay area to Orlando in 2015 and joined BOMA Orlando. She was a Board Member from 20••••22 and served as the Membership Chair from 20••••20. Prior to moving to Orlando, Robyn was also a member of BOMA Greater Tampa Bay for 18 years where she served as a Board Member from 20••••14 and was Chair of the Education committee and member of the Programs committee. Robyn graduated from Mercer University in 1992 with a BA in Communications and earned her Florida Real Estate Salesperson License in 1994.Robyn earned her RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from BOMI International in 2005. This designation is recognized on a national and international level as a mark of distinction and excellence in the property management industryRobyn is from Coral Gables, FL where she met her husband David and has been married for 29 years. They have 3 children, 23, 22 and 19 and a dog named Jax. Robyn enjoys traveling, running, tennis and boating but mostly enjoys spending time with her family.
