As a board member, volunteer and retired partner of Deloitte, I am an experienced business leader who is passionate about serving the needs of the community through leadership, philanthropy and volunteerism. I use my expertise to assist and advise businesses, boards and organizations, to capitalize on strengths, manage risk, and overcome challenges. My experience is founded in serving a variety of businesses primarily in the manufacturing and energy industries, and in a variety of business functions and risks, including operations, finance, valuation, internal and external financial reporting, regulatory compliance, mergers & acquisitions and working within multi-national environments. In addition, I use my hands-on, collaborative style to leadership and problem-solving, working with both internal and external functions and groups, such as operations, finance, regulatory compliance, tax, information technology, legal and valuation, to bring multi-functional solutions to challenges while maintaining strong relationships across those functions.
