Copper Ashton Property Group is a property investment and development group of companies. Properties are acquired with a view to improving and holding over the long term. We specialise in splitting multi-unit freehold blocks into individual leasehold titles. This has enabled us to accelerate our purchase program and ultimately will enable us to sell the units individually, We currently own three blocks of flats, comprising 21 units, most of which have been title split. 14 of the individual flats are retained within our portfolio. In addition we own a commercial unit for which options are being considered.

ABOUT ROB VAUGHAN
I am a chartered accountant and was a Partner in a regional firm in south Wales for 22 years. I retired from the position in March 2022 to concentrate on our property business and improve my work-life balance. Many of the skills I learnt over the years in the accountancy profession are transferable and proving invaluable. But as a lifelong learner, what I really enjoy is building on my existing property knowledge.
