Launched a long biased hedge fund in 1998 and fund of funds in 2007 that were merged at the end of 2012 and was the genesis or \"pivot\" to our \"freeform\" and \"unconstrained\" model. Markets and capital formation have changed with the advent of quantitative easing, high frequency trading, leveraged ETF\'s and increasing velocity and rotation. Public markets are more about capital allocation and private markets are taking a growing share of capital formation that drive business growth. We strive to identify, and/or provide the structure and mechanism to help businesses and strategic added value partners accelerate growth and reduce risk.
