ABOUT ROB TIPPETT
Experienced Manager and Director with a wealth of experience covering 2 utility sectors. Having started my management career in the Wastewater industry I transitioned and subsequently progressed to Managing Director of an operations & maintenance (O&M) business in the renewable energy sector. I have worked in the solar sector since 2014, starting out managing small rooftop portfolios I now oversee the O&M on 650MW of utility scale solar across the UK. My expertise covers all aspects of utility scale solar O&M management including contract negotiation, H&S management, LEMP compliance, PPM and corrective works, site reporting, sub-contractor management, CMMS system management and data analysis. I have previously been instrumental in successfully gaining ISO9001:2015 accreditation for a small business as well as the continued implementation of ISO9001, ISO14001 & 18001 for a large Civil Engineering and Support Services company. Have previously managed over 70 staff including 30 operational field-based personnel undertaking large environmental monitoring and data collection surveys throughout the UK and overseas.
