Working within budget restrictions and production deadlines while satisfying the needs of the brand team leaders and internal marketing/creative objectives. Also, providing the design and/or digital art production for company and marketing products, including sales promotion materials, product marketing materials, company newsletters, internal and dealer programs, specialty items and presentations, both print and online. As well as monitoring project specification and desired quality for the company’s printed materials and online postings. Review project designs, provide digital production art (print and/or web), and establish accurate specifications to acquire vendor costs of final production. Supervise workflow from concept to final production, ensuring deadlines are met in a cost-efficient manner. Provide accurate and timely information for the daily updating of the Production Schedule and follow up with the Initiator of the project on meeting deadlines and quality standards. Make decisions and interpretations based on specifications, urgency of schedule, and last-minute decision-making responsibilities regarding design and layout for print or web. Review all digital art for compliance with specification and vendor needs, using digital technology to pass data through to higher-level platforms used in the pre-production printing process, interactive or web for a higher quality product. Approve or reject quality standards and specifications met or unmet by print vendors and other graphic service providers required in the production of the final product.
