Rob Strub is the current Global Head of Personal Banking and Wealth Management Operations & Fraud Prevention for Citi - rejoining the firm after he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Green Dot - a leader in the innovative world of FinTech and pioneer in the Banking as a Service (BaaS) space. Strub carries with him extensive experience and expertise with specialties in Operations, Default and Collections management, payments, finance, analytics, digital transformation, and client experience.His previous roles also included various leadership positions in Mortgage, Auto Finance, Consumer Branch Finance, Retail Banking, and Credit and Retail Cards. As an accomplished C-level Executive with demonstrated ability to deepen and enhance customer relationships, he has also had success leading teams on both U.S. and global fronts.
