Associate @Creative Destruction Lab
Rossland, BC, CA
I am an Associate (mentor) for the Minerals stream. We\'re into the third year and continue building strength. For me personally, the experience to work with and learn from the other CDL Minerals stream mentors as well as see our cohort companies advance so quickly is invaluable.Companies that I took a keener interest in for 2023/2024 included Muon Vision, Auxilium, Karbonetiq, and Novamera. For the 2024/2025 cohort, I worked with Cetos Water, EKS Tailings, Innova Cleantech, Aquarry, Precision Biomining, and 2S Water. I continue to work with Muon Vision and Cetos Water, and have very sweet spots for Aquarry and Precision Biomining! For the 2025/26 cohort, I am working or have worked with FAST Metals, Syris, Giraffe Bio, Still Bright, ChemFinity, and FeX Energy.

The Pantheon dome is the largest unreinforced concrete dome in the world - and reminds me to have patience to build something good and, if you build something really good, then it should stand the test of time.
