Throughout my career, I have built great relationships with clients and colleagues alike and I have continually improved and perfected my interpersonal communication skills. Utilizing my ability to communicate a wide range of information, from technical data to operational practices, I am able to fully converse with all levels of management in jargon-free language that they can understand. My key skills include the installation and configuration of software and systems, primarily for hotel networks. This can include: TV systems, wireless & wired guest internet, PABX, networking, servers, workstations, PA systems, ISDN & Telephone line provisioning, and POS systems. During my career, I have accomplished key achievements such as opening the Holiday Inn, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania and the Express by Holiday Inn, Zurich Airport where I was solely responsible for the entire IT systems for the new opening. I have also worked on the opening of the Holiday Inn, Bristol City Centre with the Design and Build team. Whilst working with Priava, I oversaw the roll-out of the Events Perfect project to The National Gallery of Canada (Ottawa), The Academy of Performing Arts (Hong Kong).
