I bring over 20 years’ experience in the space industry, starting with a firm foundation in systems engineering, progressing through procurement and supply chain to operations and business development; working for blue chip global corporations, SMEs and early stage start-ups. Beginning in Europe and now based in North America, I’ve covered the complete space system architecture - satellite, launch vehicles and ground stations; delivering results to satisfied customers while managing the particulars of government certification, international tax law and global compliance policy often specific to the space industry.The common thread in every role is improving team performance - clearly defining the mission, communicating context, aligning the organization, setting goals and driving teams to succeed.
