I help companies save time and money. I design and build innovative solutions using information technologies to increase productivity, enhance collaboration, and improve the quality of data and decisions. After starting my career as a research scientist, I developed systems and solutions to deliver high-performance computing (HPC) to researchers in the life sciences.Most recently I co-founded the nonprofit startup Illustrative Mathematics, growing the company in 3 years to a $4-5 M operation with 26 employees in 15 states \"to create a world where learners know, use and enjoy mathematics\".    The Center for Economic Integrity builds economically strong communities for all and opposes unfair corporate and government practices. The extreme economic divide in our country, and the public policy that encourages it, will not change unless and until we challenge head on the powerful industries that profit excessively on the backs of the common worker or consumer. The Center has been instrumental in the movement to control predatory lending in Arizona. We identify egregious corporate practices negatively impacting workers and consumers. We work as a facilitator for systemic economic change through partnerships with existing nonprofits, military and political entities, faith-based and business organizations in the following ways: Community-based Research and Education, Community Organizing, Public Policy and Corporate Reforms and Social Enterprise Development.
