Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO is responsible for overseeing and improving the firm’s strategy, operations, efficiency, policies and procedures. The COO leads and manages diverse business operations that facilitate the firm’s growth, financial strength, and operational efficiency. This position is an integral member of the management team. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees daily operations and administrative processes of the firm, including IT, HR, Accounting, Marketing, Recruiting, and Operations. Works with the CEO to design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures. Establishes policies that promote firm culture and vision. Sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth. Evaluates performance by analyzing and interpreting firm data and metrics. Leads risk management function and insurance programs. Instrumental in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, alliances).
