Recently appointed Chief Architect at Ageas UK, the UK’s third-largest Personal Lines insurer following the acquisition of esure Group and the Saga Motor and Home business I am leading the technology strategy and owning the end-to-end technology and data architecture across the UK business, supporting the integration of multiple brands and platforms A core focus of the role is the migration of ~7 million customers onto the sector-leading technology and data platform I designed and built during my time as Chief Architect and Head of Data at esure Senior technical adviser to the CTO and Ageas UK leadership; I have accountability for designing and scaling our market-leading tech and data capabilities, while ensuring architectural coherence and long-term value as the organisation transforms into a single, modern, digital insurer
