I had an amazing opportunity to move into an Application Support Engineer / DevOps Engineer role. The account and work was transitioning from an existing team to this newly stood up team in another service line. As I had never used any of these technologies before, I had to quickly get up to a good working knowledge, whilst having a handover of processes and the solution of our customer.
