With a proven long track record in the design, creation and on-going development of Managed Services offerings for suppliers of all varying sizes along with repeated year on year success of developing new business opportunities, I have extensive knowledge of office print solutions, specifically the end-to-end process for Managed Print Services (MPS) specialising in the initial consultancy stages around establishing client requirements, designing counter proposals and writing & delivering tangible business cases.Within all the various organisations I have worked for and/or partnered with my knowledge, skills and experience has been utilised to drive continual improvement. Due to my historical experience of dealing with multiple cross-border organisations and coaching suppliers/divisions of varying sizes about different aspects of the MPS process, not only am I able to help with the on-going deployment of any existing processes used today but I am well placed to identify any immediate enhancements which could be introduced in order to develop the process further in the future.
