I founded Stellar Performance with the goal of unlocking the boundless potential that exists within every leader, and I have built a team of experienced consultants, talent professionals, facilitators, coaches, and researchers who have that same goal. Together, we work with leaders at all levels, from first-time leaders to company executives, as well as with teams and entire organizations.We take pride in delivering stress-free implementation and serving as long-term, strategic partners with our clients. We do this by listening intently to their needs, which ensures that each project exceeds expectations.Our engaging workshops, personal coaching, team development, and consulting offerings range from proprietary assessments and tools to technologies from industry leaders, including Hogan, Internal Coaching Federation, and Korn Ferry. We use simulation-based workshops to help emerging and ascending leaders learn, grow, and overcome challenges with training and leadership programs that past clients and participants have referred to as “life-changing.”
