20+ years of international business, technical and project experience as both a senior consultant and a project manager within the Enterprise Software space using a number of platforms, tools and technologies but primarily within Marketing Automation, Customer Data Plaforms, Case Management, Business Process Management and Enterprise Content Management. Experience covers end-to-end lifecycle from pre-sales support, pricing and resource identification, systems architecture, integration, design, implementation, administration, configuration, and customisation as well as the overall management of such projects- An analytical, results-oriented professional with a skill for managing projects or individual tasks on schedule and within budget, leading high-performance teams, developing business requirements and detailed system specifications, coordinating the configuration software, and providing end-user training- Excellent organisation and communication skills and interact well with clients, staff and all levels of management due to the adoption of a more personable approach to work.
