I lead and provide strategic direction to three critical teams at Ledcor Technical Services: the CMS Team, the Software Tools Development Team, and the Business Intelligence (BI) Team. Ledcor\'s Core Management System (CMS) is a system, combined with a continuous improvement methodology, that provides a consistent set of processes, procedures, forms, and work instructions to employees to assist them with doing their job on a daily basis. CMS allows us as an organization to create an efficient, consistent, disciplined, and optimized approach to our business. Our BI databases and reports enable us to gain important insight to make effective decisions. We aim to make data meaningful to our business leaders.My responsibilities include• Providing clear direction to my team members through coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising• Working with key business leaders to identify business needs, define success criteria, and communicate progress to all involved parties.• Ensuring database security and access controls are appropriate to meet the needs of the business.• Participating in the development and review of: reports, procedures, training documents, roles & responsibilities, and process management documents.• Setting expectations around documentation, reports, standards, and methodology• Supporting change management associated with process, people, and technology solutions• Driving continuous improvement methodology into reports, documentation, and business practices.
