International Venue Management (IVM) offers a complete, specialist resource from a collaborative group of specialist consultants, who between them have decades of global experience in the successful operation of iconic venues and management of events.IVM primarily works in 3 areas:1. Venue Consultancy. IVM looks at a venue as 14 core workstreams - from F&B to sponsorship - hard operations to ticketing as examples. We have experts in our team who are specialists in each of those areas and are deployed into venue and event projects as consultants. This can be short-term contract work through to deep involvement at C-Suite level.2. Venue Mobilisation. When a new venue is being built it needs to progress from the build phase to actually operate. This is where IVM come in. We will take on a new venue, get all the operational processes in place, bring in relevant technology, build the diary and get the venue open. In parallel we will put the foundations in for the long-term operating model which could be a local team or a global operator.3. Venue Optimisation. IVM are the link between master developers and asset owners to make sure that everything is in place to ensure a successful venue opening. This could involve anything from required capital infrastructure (like roads) to security planning. The IVM model is now mature and we have numerous case studies that demonstrate our effectiveness.
