   Rob is a Principal and Consulting Actuary whose expertise resides in healthcare with a focus on Medicare, Risk Adjustment, Health Reform, and general management.Rob has led strategy development and implementation of shared risk arrangements, engaged in multiple Medicare Advantage risk adjustment projects ranging from opportunity/risk analysis to expert witness work to operational reviews, led the submission of Medicare Advantage bids for a variety of organizations from provider led/owned plans to start-ups to large insurers, completed development and support of Milliman\'s national Medicare Advantage pricing model, set strategy for and guided IT transformation, is responsible for oversight of core aspects of the Milliman Ages 65 and Over Health Cost Guidelines, and is involved in a variety of Healthcare Reform and OPEB projects.Rob\'s experience also includes expert witness testimony, risk adjustment and selection, product design, operations, IT, consumer-driven healthcare, and actuarial system design, as well as core actuarial applications such as pricing, reserving, and underwriting support.Rob currently sits on the American Academy of Actuaries\' Medicare Steering Committee.
