Rob is a seasoned executive, practitioner, and thought-leader with 30 years of progressively senior experience managing, leading, and growing organizations and businesses focused on designing, implementing, and marketing innovative learning and engagement solutions (often enabled by technology) in a wide range of settings including public, private, and not-for-profit organizations. Rob has garnered a long track record of success and professional accomplishment and has a proven ability to combine creativity, vision, and business acumen to develop and implement strategy, lead transformational change, and achieve business results. As a practice leader, Rob has serviced major brands including, Air Canada, Canadian Tire, Ford Motor Company, Mazda, TD Bank, RBC, Pepsico, Janssen, as well as public sector organizations such as The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, the University Health Network, and the RCMP.Throughout his career Rob has consistently added value through his unique mix of educational experiences including a fine arts degree, an MBA and a Ph.D in Instructional Design and his ability to integrate and harness disparate approaches and thought-leadership from a variety of disciplines including: media production, marketing, communications, educational psychology, organizational behaviour, and design thinking.Rob is active in his community having served as a board member at the Centre for Education and Training, a member of the Workplace Learning and Development Curriculum Committee at the Ontario Institute For Studies in Education, Finance Chair at Kimbourne Park United Church, and as past National Board Chair of the Canadian Society for Training and Development and is an active life-time member of the association. In his life outside \"work\", Rob is a documentary filmmaker, voracious watcher of classic cinema, and an avid traveler (having most recently visited Petra and Wadi Rum).
