Prior to 2020, I managed one of Alberta\'s largest business accelerators and used that expertise to (re)launch my sales career in healthtech and public safety. At Talkdesk, I help companies become customer-obsessed. I love the product, and I spend as much time as I can learning from our talented solution engineers.I have found success by reaching out to prospects in a way that creates actual connections. I tailor emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls with relevant information to stand out from the \'copy + paste\' crowd. Outside of work, I do typical Canadian things such as backcountry camping, hockey, and going to the park with my dog and CFO (Chief Fetch Officer), Arlo. As a kid, I wanted to be an F1 driver.
