   As a professional Airline pilot (38 yrs, Captain, Mark had a lot of free time on his hands and pursued a dual career as a Design & Build Architect, operating as Meyer-Designs. After retiring from United Airlines, Mark started a concierge Architectural Design Firm, Meyer3D. Specializing in one-on-one residential designs for high-net-worth clients. While Meyer3D provides a stellar set of deliverables, our claim to fame is our ability to interface with elite clientele that may require a little extra special attention by offering services that goes above and beyond.Here’s our differentiator… There is no limit to the number of times we meet to nail down the perfect house plan. We also provide all of our clients with 3D walk-through videos and photo renderings. We offer this so that our clients can share these videos with friends, family, and contractors for additional ideas and input during the design process. Before we draft their construction documents, we meet with the clients at their homesite and allow them to literally walk through their new home via AR (Augmented Reality). While holding a customized iPad, or wearing a VR headset, they can literally walk from room to room. They can look out through every window and see exactly what their future view will be like from every position in the house. It’s one last chance to adjust and modify the position of the home on the lot and/or modify their window selections and placement to maximize their future view.We present all of our clients with a complete set of construction documents, videos, and 3D renderings from Meyer3D.
