Accountable for the identification, selection, management, and coaching and development of employees- Serve as a member of the firm leadership team, helping to lead efforts in firm modern marketing sales strategy- Co-founded the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council and transitioned council chair responsibilities to the new generation of firm leaders.
