We fully understand the challenges faced by our healthcare colleagues and are uniquely positioned within the NHS to work in partnership to deliver cost-effective, sustainable outcomes that make a real difference to patients and staff. My role in NHS Elect is to primarily lead career development programmes and activities with and for our members in the NHS. Helping NHS leaders better navigate their own careers and fulfill their potential.
