Install various AV and IT equipment in the new studios accordingly- Assemble professional video cameras, including lens, onboard monitor and power supplies- Install professional video cameras in the studio and connect them via SDI wires to server room equipment- Make sure all digital video signals from the camera are reaching the desired equipment (video switcher, capturing device, monitor)- Setting up and Keying Greenscreens- Run low voltage wiring (Video, Audio and Network Cabling) through the studios and facility, installing Server Racks, cameras and NVR/DVR and other aspects of our technology infrastructure- Run SDI, XLR and ethernet cables; tipping wire, crimping and testing is a large part of installations- Install professional studio lighting fixtures and modifiers according to the lighting scheme- Analyze and repair technical faults on equipment and systems- Minimize loss of service when equipment fails by quickly identifying and implementing alternative methods of service provision.Training (August to Mid September 2023):I underwent intensive training in Bucharest, Romania, sponsored by the company. This immersive experience covered the entire workflow and broadcasting technologies. I learned hands-on in various studios, mastering setup procedures. Post-training, I independently established three studios, completing them ahead of schedule, showcasing my quick learning and precise execution. Recognizing these skills, the company entrusted me to transfer this knowledge to the Canadian team, fostering successful replication in Canada.

I\'m a Technical Producer and Motion Graphics Designer with over 10 years of experience, driven by a lifelong passion for technology and design. I began my career handling the whole companies image at CryptoMill Technologies, dealing with various design tasks such as promotional materials, motion graphics, UI, and website design, as well as live presentations and software debugging.Later, I joined TraderTV.LIVE, where I built the show from scratch.
