   Responsible for all real estate acquisition duties associated with residential MDU properties west of Central Park from W. 64th St. to W 130th St.Review and sign-off on all agreements from vendors and other departments in properties associated with mentioned territory. Act as liason with our legal department and property owners in legal negotiations. Managed to secure + units yearly by obtaining agreements (right-of-way, indemnity, riders) by partnering with vendors, businesses development departments and through individual efforts.Responsible for all real estate acquisition work package payment approval in my territory.Manage construction vendors to ensure pathway construction (risers, clamps/hoists, microduct) are complete in a timely manner. Manage and review all NYC out reach efforts in CRM database for NYC franchise reporting.Propose in-building engineering solutions and work with lead engineers. Conduct walk-throughs with building representatives explaining surveys and revise them if necessary.Review and engineer blocks using underground conduit (ECS) GIS maps to identify or propose new entrance builds/block points-of entry.
