    Serve as program counsel in the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate as principal legal advisor and consultant on the most complex and difficult federal acquisitions affecting USCYBERCOM. Perform as lead for provision of legal advice to USCYBERCOM (Commanders, Directors, the Command Acquisition Executive, and Acquisitions officials), as well as JCS/OLC, regarding all phases of the acquisition process to include, but not limited to: acquisition planning; solicitation; negotiation; source selection; contract formation; award; contract administration and modification; contract termination; contract protest and litigation support; contract close out; fiscal law; conflicts of interests and other acquisition and business matters.Provide authoritative advice regarding acquisitions that are often characterized by high funding levels, high complexity, and high visibility within USCYBERCOM and in the political arena.Serve as fiscal law advisor to the Command\'s leadership on issues regarding the proper obligation and expenditure of funds relating to contractual issues.Serve as the technical lead technology transfer initiatives and in protecting the government\'s Intellectual Property rights in all federal acquisition actions conducted at USCYBERCOMPerform other legal duties as assigned by the Staff Judge Advocate.
