Trial: 9 patent and 2 int\'l arbitration trials – 5 as first chair, 2 as second chair. Transferred 3 cases to client\'s venue. Trademark prosecution: Evaluate registrability, and file and prosecute applications to register trademarks. Develop strong brand protection strategies based on consistent and clear client trademark usage and policing of third party activity. Transactions: Conduct IP due diligence, negotiate and draft dozens of IP agreements-licensing-joint development-M&A-manufacture/supply agreements-master service agreements and statements of work, and -codes of conduct.Technology:computer hardware, software and electronics, Internet and telecom, microprocessor controlled devices, business methods, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, biosimilarsbiotechnology, plant biotechdiagnostic reagents and devices, nutraceuticals, medical devices silicone and plastic materials, and consumer products.
