Building on leading-edge research approaches, bringing in fresh ideas and solutions to the client’s insights strategy and developing my own research to better work with the client on industry-leading research and thought leadership initiatives• Ability to conduct cutting edge research projects involving the use of existing research and industry studies. Recent project: Legal Insights report for client panel pitch• Senior research professional within a Magic Circle Law Firm, with the gravitas and confidence to interact assuredly at Executive level to inform and shape their decision making• Lead a highly experienced team of onsite researchers, with oversight of a team of offshore researchers• Responsible for a mix of research projects providing valuable insights to key client stakeholders, often under significant time and delivery constraints• In consultation with stakeholders: regularly scope; allocate resource and make budget proposals for research projects (work streams); monitor progress; and alert the client to any risks and issues that may arise; recommend changes where necessary• Strategic project management lead for research team transition to new site. This includes building a risk register for the client, coordinating my knowledge transfer plan with the relevant KM teams, liaising with key stakeholders over new ways of working, drafting new service guidelines and getting sign off from senior management on the client side
