   Over the last four years, I collaborated with a private investor to launch a custom cookie business within a successful wholesale commercial bakery, while upholding my purpose-driven values through small and large in-kind donations to charitable organizations. Starting from scratch, I built a loyal customer base by securing retail space in four consignment stores and driving traffic through pop-up gift market events and social media outreach. Despite competition in retail environments, 2023 marked a banner year with a surge in custom orders. I scaled operations efficiently during peak seasons by training temp staff, managing logistics, and producing more than samples, 300 freshly baked custom decorated cookies, and a large variety of snack cookie packages for high-traffic events. Though the venture is closing due to the investor\'s expanding business needs, the experience honed my entrepreneurial skills in brand building, customer engagement, business logistics, and philanthropy.
