I have an entrepreneurial spirit, which has led me to work around the world in multiple countries. I am a Co-Founder and CEO of an early-stage international enterprise software company. We are a technology business that has successfully deployed software and services in over 60 countries. My team has secured contracts and international rollouts with many of the largest companies in hospitality. Our cloud based mobile framework powers the guest journey and is being used by Fortune 100 corporations. As part of powering the guest journey, we are building a powerful network of local recommendations in multiple languages. Recently, we surpassed local recommendations and we are continuing to grow rapidly. I am a results oriented team player. In both my work and personal life, I strive to measure my success by how I\'ve been able to help others. I\'ve found that if you help others to become successful, they will help you to do the same in return.I have a few rules I try to live by; the first is the Golden Rule. If you treat others the way you want to be treated, you will eventually end up with a team of people surrounding you that care as much about you as you do about them. I also believe that if you can\'t say something nice, don\'t say anything at all. Keep your negativity to yourself. Put things a positive constructive way, build people up, don\'t tear them down.The 3rd is never underestimate the power of a personal recommendation. Your reputation, it\'s everything. Treat others as if your reputation depends on it, because it does.
